Gifts for People With Anxiety

Asutra Silk Eye Mask

One meaningful gift for people with anxiety is the Silk Eye Pillow from Asutra.

Asutra is a brand that’s passionate about self-care. They offer wellness products at an accessible price and believe taking care of yourself on purpose will help you feel better mentally and physically.

Their Silk Eye Mask has been perfect for my nighttime routine. It can be used as a weighted sleep mask to block out light, during meditation/yoga, and to relieve headaches or migraines.

It’s filled with Lavender and Flaxseeds which gives it extra weight and smells amazing!

The aroma from the mask isn’t overpowering, it’s just enough to help you relax throughout the night.

Aromatherapy Pillow

An aromatherapy pillow is one of the best gifts for people with anxiety.

I’d never heard of aromatherapy pillows until I came across a Lavender Infused one. If you struggle with anxiety at night and need something that will keep you calm, this pillow is a must-have!

This memory foam pillow is infused with Lavender oil which provides the following benefits:

  • Calms your mind and body
  • Helps you fall asleep faster
  • Releases tension
  • Promotes relaxation
  • Combats insomnia

Adding this to my routine has helped me get a better night’s sleep since it’s comfortable and smells soothing!

Journal

Journaling can have a positive impact on your mental wellness. I highly recommend adding The Five Minute Journal to your daily wellness routine.

Writing down your thoughts gives you an opportunity to express yourself in a safe space and get everything off your chest. After you finish, you’ll feel a weight lifted from your shoulders.

This journal has writing prompts, inspirational quotes, and positive daily affirmations you can read. Taking 5 minutes every morning and night to self-reflect will improve your confidence and elevate your well-being.

Aromatherapy Diffuser

Investing in an aromatherapy diffuser with your favorite essential oils will keep your space smelling good and promote relaxation.

Here are some essential oils to use for stress and anxiety relief:

  • Lavender
  • Chamomile
  • Ylang-ylang
  • Sandalwood

Diffusers offer a convenient way to promote healthy sleep, boost your mood, and help you unwind after a long, stressful day.

Soothe CBD Gummies

CBD is a great natural remedy for providing stress relief and reducing anxiety.

Soothe is a lifestyle brand made for those seeking a natural boost in their daily routine.

I’ve been using their CBD gummies for some time and they have helped manage my anxiety. They’re THC-free, fast-acting, and taste delicious!

I recommend taking them before bedtime. Besides the gummies, Soothe also offers CBD oil, water-soluble powder, vaporizers, and lotions.

These always help me wake up refreshed the next morning! You don’t have to worry about feeling groggy.

Herbal Tea

There’s nothing like a cup of warm tea before winding down for bed. Herbal teas are great to soothe your anxiety and stress.

Here are ingredients to look for in teas for anxiety:

  • Peppermint
  • Chamomile
  • Lavender
  • Turmeric
  • Ashwagandha

Weighted Blanket

A weighted blanket is a natural form of therapy that eases anxiety, relieves stress, and improves your sleep.

This blanket promotes deep touch pressure which is known to stimulate the production of serotonin and dopamine — they both provide a calming and relaxing effect.

Here are the benefits of using a weighted blanket:

  • Reduces restlessness
  • Boosts melatonin
  • Promotes a happier mood
  • Alleviates insomnia
  • Improves sleep quality

Crystals

Crystals are new in my wellness routine and I fell in love with them. I purchased them from a black-owned brand I found on Instagram called Chakrazulu Crystals.

There are many to choose from and they each have different properties. Some crystals that are great for anxiety are:

  • Rose Quartz
  • Amethyst
  • Blue Calcite
  • Black Tourmaline

If you aren’t sure how to use these, I recommend reading Crystals for Beginners. It can help you discover how to use crystals for combatting stress and coping with anxiety.

Face Masks

The perfect gift for people with anxiety is a relaxing face mask for their skincare routine.

Skincare is a form of self-care for me. Taking the time to pamper and take care of my skin always puts me in a good mood.

One step that I always look forward to is applying a face mask!

Here are some of my favorites:

You can find more face masks that I recommend in this post, The Best Face Masks for Dry, Sensitive Skin.

Planners

One thing that triggers my anxiety is when things are all over the place. I need my space clean and somewhere to organize my tasks and ideas.

Planners are perfect for that and can be a great stress reliever. Writing down my goals and a to-do list is helpful and helps me stay on track without becoming overwhelmed.

I suggest buying a planner from The Book’d Store. They create specialized planners that cater to the needs of Black women in the areas of entrepreneurship, faith, and culture!

These self-care products have made a huge difference in my routine and have relieved my anxiety and stress levels.

Prioritize your mental health and treat yourself or surprise your loved one with a meaningful gift from this guide!
